Great job by the Southern Valley/Arapahoe Girls Wrestling team who won both of their duals last night. The won 48-17 over Kennesaw and 27-18 over Alma.

The Quiz Bowl team took 1st place at the Medicine Valley Invite. Way to go Warriors!

Junior High Girls Basketball was back at it today in Elwood against Hi-Line. Both A and B finished the day with wins. The girls final game is Thursday, January 15th in Cambridge.

The Lady Warriors will be playing in this years Nebraska Girls Basketball Showcase! They will be playing this Saturday, January 10th, at Kearney High School vs Mullen at 8:50am. This is a great event for girls basketball that we're excited to be a part of that will be showcasing some of the states best players and teams. Admission is $10 and is good for the whole day. Come show your support and cheer these girls on, but if you're unable to attend, the games will be televised on News Channel Nebraska! Go Warriors!

FYI: JH GBB/BBB Time + Street Update (Tomorrow - Thursday - @Elwood):

Please note that the JH Girls will play first tomorrow in Elwood starting at 1pm followed by the JH Boys at approx. 2:45pm

Also note that the street on the East side of the main entrance is now a ONE-WAY Street with traffic flowing North to South. A map and more info has been attached

The road in front of the school, East side, is now a one-way street. All traffic flows from North to South. When entering town, best would be to turn west at Rochelle St, street North of the Court House, turn South on 1st Ave. This puts your school’s vehicles down the one-way and right in front of our East entrance doors.

A map is attached for your drivers to see traffic flow around our school along with different routes to get to the school, depending on what direction you are coming from in order to get to the front doors easily. Thank you for your cooperation.
