It's Read Across America Day at AHPS!
From Green Eggs and Ham, Horton Hears a Who, and The Cat in the Hat, to Wonder, Lord of the Flies, and Animal Farm, students have shared a variety of favorite books today!
We're celebrating Read Across America today! JH/HS students were on the lookout for Dr. Seuss cards in the hallway. They traded the cards for candy in the library where they shared their favorite book and why! Warrior Readers Are Leaders!
Please sign up in the APS front office for the 2025 RepublicanValley Youth Forever Shooting Sports. Ages 8-18 can participate. Shooting Sports offer BB Gun, Archery, Air Rifle, .22 Rifle and Trap Shooting. Must register for shooting event through 4-h (4honline.com). Read Across America
Friday, February 28th
We are celebrating Read Across America Day Today!
APS high school students had a great time participating in this month's Warrior Time Game of Twister!
Our 5th and 6th graders are joining students from Cambridge and Southern Valley to participate in the Furnas County 4-H Healthy Habits Program today. Students rotate through six stations learning about making healthy nutritional choices.
The Elementary Quiz Bowl team competed in Alma yesterday. They had a fantastic day, going 3-1 and earning 3rd place! 🥉 Way to go Warriors! #warriorpride
