DONUT SOLUTION! - We have found a business that can help us recover from the Krispy Kreme Failure to follow through with our fundraiser agreement. Dunkin Donuts of Kearney has come to the rescue! They are going to fulfill the orders we have as best they can to match the product requested.
After the initial notice about this problem went out, there were a number of people who posted comments about AHPS keeping the money as a donation. We need to know what our final count on donuts/coffee will be, so we're asking anyone who has placed an order (whether they've already paid or not), to complete a quick form to let us know your intentions. If you want to leave the order as it is and receive your donuts/coffee, mark that option. If you haven't paid but will do so soon and still want the order, mark that option. If you want to simply turn your order into a donation, there's a choice for that. If you haven't paid yet and want to cancel the order, that's a choice as well. And of course, if this sudden shift has made you decide you just want the $ back that's already been paid, we will get those funds back to you ASAP. Check your email for a link to to a short form to let us know your preference, and spread the word to others who may have ordered also.
The current plan is to get final counts to Dunkin Donuts the morning of Monday, February3. Please complete the form and submit it by the end of the day on Sunday, Feb. 2. We should be able to pick up the donuts from DD on Saturday, Feb. 8 and start delivery soon after.
We're sorry for the hassle and confusion this may have caused, but TRULY APPRECIATE all those who support our numerous school programs!
