Junior High GBB with the WIN! 🏀 This small but mighty bunch traveled to Southern Valley Saturday morning and took on the Bertrand Vikings and the Eagles. B2B games and walked away 2-0! 👊🏼 Way to be gritty girls! 🏆

Congratulations to the wrestlers who earned a place on the medal stand at the Southwest Invitational. Laney and Hailey placed first and Natalie placed third. Well done ladies!

The Southern Valley-Arapahoe girls wrestling team had their first tournament at the 32-team Southwest Invitational. Girls wrestling continues to grow. There was a lot of competition!

Congratulations to the following students for receiving Best Actor awards at the District One Act competition: Aliyah Melhus, Lauren Moore, Hunter Jorschumb, Thomas Magorian, and Elena Lee. Arapahoe was ranked 3rd place as a team, but because of time restraints, they were placed 4th, in a very competitive district. Coach Leising and Coach Atterberry are very proud of this team! They represented Arapahoe very well.

A BIG THANK YOU goes out to all of our families, staff, and volunteers for supporting our book fair! We reached our goal of 250 books! Elementary students get to have a fun dress up day and the Woot Woot Wagon will be making its way into classrooms!

Good luck to the One-Act crew competing at Districts today in North Platte. They will be performing My Brother's Gift.

The play My Brother's Gift, by Claudia Haas, is a drama based on the true story of Heinz Geiringer, a Jewish teenager who was the neighbor and friend of Anne Frank in Amsterdam. The play chronicles his life and his use of art and poetry to cope while hiding from the Nazis during the Holocaust.
