Information regarding JH Dance on 8/16 at EMC
🪩Dance is for Arapahoe students currently in grades 7&8.
✅Kids will be informed of behavior expectations and consequences for misbehavior when signing into the dance (no parent signature required). Their signature acts as their agreement for accepting the guidelines to making this a safe and fun event.
⏰Kids can arrive whenever they'd like between 8pm and 10pm but may not re-enter the dance after departing.
🎟️Canned and other non-perishable item donations act as the ticket for getting into the dance. All Items will later be donated to the Arapahoe food pantry.
👌There will be games & snacks offered along with music for dancing. Adult chaperones will be in place to keep the event safe & fun for all participants.
We are excited to offer this dance for the new students! We wish everyone a great first week of school!

REMINDER: Students in grades 7th-12th need to stop by the office to pick up their packets with their schedules and other paperwork that needs to be signed so they can check out computers.
Stop by the office between the hours of 8am - 3pm today and Monday or Tuesday from 8am - 4pm. Please do not wait until Open House night.

We wrapped up summer weights with testing and maxing out! Proud of all of them for how hard they worked this summer!
The boys had 11 who met the 90% attendance rate and above with 6 of them achieving 100%.
The girls had 14 who met the 90% attendance rate and above with 12 of them achieving 100%. The girls also had a group attendance rate of 91% for the summer!
Great work now time to get a little rest before you begin your fall sports seasons. Best of luck to all and thank you for all your hard work this summer!

As summer is winding down, we look forward to working with you this fall season.
All Fall school flyers/posters have been delivered to the school and online ordering is open!
This year we have changed up packet pick up/return and computer checkout. We ask that students grades 7th -12th pick up their packets starting the week of August 5th. Once all their paperwork has been signed by the student and parent/guardian the students may return their packets to the office along with the $35 computer rental fee, and pick up their computers. We hope that this will be easier on everyone versus having one night to pick them up. It will also help us in the office get paperwork back in a timely manner.
Students will not be allowed to check out their computers if they do not return ALL needed paperwork, signed.
